We grew up surrounded by several lime trees at our home. My grandma often had us gather them for guests or to prepare refreshing lemonade. Additionally, she would utilize the bark for medicinal purposes and the leaves for tea or traditional Samoan dishes like Kopai. It's a cherished memory that stays with us.
